Will my alarm still work if I lose power?
Your system is maintained by battery backup for several hours after a power loss. We recommend that your system be checked regularly to ensure that it is working as it should. Call us today to schedule a maintenance appointment.

How do I update my emergency contacts?
It is extremely important for you to keep your emergency contact information current. Contact us today and we will assist in immediately updating all of your contact information.

How do I order additional/replacement window decals & yard signs?
Call our office today and we will gladly send you replacement decals and yard signs. Have young children? Ask us for tot finder fire safety decals
Have pets? We also carry pet finder window decals.

How do I prevent a false alarm
Make sure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked. Keep pets, balloons, fans, heaters, plants... away from motion sensor areas. Know the process to cancel an accidental alarm. Anyone with a key to your home should know this process also.

What should I do in the event of a false alarm?
Whenever your alarm is activated, the central station representative will contact you to ensure that everything is ok. Simply inform the representative of the false alarm.  Your alarm system has been programmed with a 60-second alarm cancel code. If you disarm it with your code within 60 seconds of the activation, the central station will be notified that an authorized user has disarmed the system. The activity will be logged, but no further action required.
